Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Pinkman, run by Mevlana Technologies Private Limited. By submitting a request you agree to them.

What Pinkman does

Pinkman coordinates people and tasks. We help you describe an administrative task and connect you with someone capable of doing it. The work is done by people. Software only helps sort requests.

What Pinkman does not do

• Pinkman does not give legal advice. Where you need legal advice or representation, it is provided only by an appropriately qualified and authorised advocate, and is quoted separately.
• We do not promise any court result, approval, or timeline, and we cannot influence any court or official.
• We do not make or accept unofficial payments, and we do not bypass legal procedures.
• Government services listed on this site are operated by the relevant authorities, not by Pinkman. Listing a service does not mean we can complete it.

Chats, the unlock fee, quotes and payment

Each task is a separate chat. Starting a chat and sending the first message is free and creates no obligation. A person reads it and tells you whether we can help. If we can, we ask you to unlock the chat with a small fixed fee (currently ₹100, shown before you pay), which is credited against our service fee and refunded if we can’t complete the task. We then send a quote in the chat that shows the scope and each charge, with government fees and professional fees shown separately from our service fee. Nothing beyond the unlock fee is charged until you have agreed to the quote. We may decline a task, and if we do, you are not charged. Online payments are processed by Razorpay.

There are no accounts. Anyone with the private link to a chat can read and write in it, so keep your link private.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information and tell us promptly if something changes.
• Only ask us to do things you are entitled to do yourself.
• Do not send Aadhaar numbers, passwords, or OTPs.

Liability

We will take reasonable care in coordinating your task. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions of courts or government offices, or for delays outside our control. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Disputes and contact

If something goes wrong, tell us through the contact page and quote your reference ID. We record and review every complaint.
