Privacy policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

Mevlana Technologies Private Limited (“Pinkman”) runs this service. This page explains what we collect when you ask us for help, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your name and mobile number.
  • The messages you and Pinkman exchange in your chat about the task.
  • Case or document references you choose to give in the chat.
  • Payment status for the unlock fee. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we receive confirmation of payment but never your card or UPI details.
  • Basic, anonymous usage counts (for example how many people start a request). These contain no name, phone number or request text.

Please do not send Aadhaar numbers, passwords, or one-time passwords (OTPs) from any government portal. We never need them to review your request.

How we use it

  • To review your request, contact you, prepare a quote, and arrange for the right person to do the work.
  • To keep records of what was agreed and done, including who changed the status of your request and when.
  • To improve how Pinkman runs, using anonymous counts.

Who sees it

Pinkman staff handling your request and the lawyer or helper assigned to it, who see only what they need to do the task. Internal notes are never shown to you or to other customers. We do not sell your data.

Your private link

There are no accounts. Each chat lives at a private link that works like a key: anyone who has the link can read the chat, so don’t share it. You can also check a request on the status page with its reference ID and your mobile number. These views never show internal notes, helper contact details, or other people’s requests.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for as long as needed to complete the work, handle complaints or refunds, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your details, subject to those obligations.
